How do I place an order?

All furniture is made to order. Please contact us directly at orders@ameeallsop.com to inquire about an item or click on the listing button to fill out an inquiry email with your details. We will send you an invoice for approval with a payment link. Full payment is required to start production.

What is the lead time?

Lead times vary depending on the item, see product listings for current lead times. Note - this does not include shipping time.

Do you have pieces available to purchase immediately?

Add your email to the list below to be notified of new “stock” and limited editions.

What payment methods do you accept?

The secure payment link on the invoice emailed gives you the option of bank wire or credit card payment (3.5% fee applies for credit cards).

How much is shipping? How does it work?

Shipping prices vary depending on the size of the item and where it is being shipped. We work with trusted shipping partners that provide timely estimates. Email us at orders@ameeallsop.com to request an estimate.

Do you ship internationally?

We are happy to facilitate international orders and provide shipping quotes. Duties and tax are responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept returns?

All “made to order” items cannot be returned. If an item is damaged in transit, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately (or within 48 hours) to start a claim. We do accept returns on “In Stock” items however we charge a restock fee and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Can you send me samples?

We have samples of most typical materials we work with (as a guide) that we can send to you. Email orders@ameeallsop.com.
